I love this app!! My children even come up and put words in while I’m playing. To everyone saying that when you update the app, it makes you start over, there is a spot to sign in so that you won’t lose your space. It did that to me before and I freaked out bc I have a lot of points (I have never purchased points, I just watch the ads and do the puzzles), then I realized that you just have to sign back in. My current point total is 39,495!! I have been playing for abt 3-4 years now 😊. Love it!!
Agree with a lot of other users. Ads are getting worse and often freeze. Fed up with them after every game. Have played for years but seriously thinking of leaving. Frustrated….STILL the same. Most if not all ads are too long, freeze or take you to play store. Please can you get your act together and sort this out as it has been going on too long.
Used to be a great game. Now you have to constantly try to fix it to play. Reinstalled this game but still freezes when trying to watch an ad for extra money. Your “contact” freezes up too so have no way to contact about getting coins I lost on ads watched & coins for leveling up. Zen match ad freezes up the game. FIX THIS! NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER.
Overall a fun game to play however there are just way too many ads that you have to watch all the way through to continue playing, if there was an option to purchase a full version ad free I would definitely do so. All the ads in my opinion really become annoying after awhile and it ends up making the game no longer fun to play.
